Make your payment using your Credit or Debit Card by Clicking Here. There is a small convenience fee of $1.75 up to $60.00 or 3% per transaction for this payment method.

Notification of your payment is emailed to you AND Hanson Rural Water instantly so that your bill is considered paid making this a great option for paying your bill quickly or on the go.

Here's what you need:

1. Your full HRWS account # (i.e. 1111)
2. Your amount due.
3. Your credit/debit card or bank account information

If your service has not been converted to AMR, please enter meter reading in the comment box.

There is a payment limit of $1,000.00 per transaction. To pay a bill that is more than $1,000.00, you will need to enter multiple transactions.

Pay by Phone

To pay by phone with a debit or credit card call 1-605-449-4422.

ACH

2. Mail the completed form with a voided check to the office at
   PO Box 324, Emery SD 57332.

Payments will be processed a few times a month if you are self-bill or either around the 15th of each month for AMR services.  Payments will pull from your account the next business day.
